Changes & Exchanges

Changes & Cancellations

  • Items are not returnable or exchangable. They are made to order and cannot be changed, exchanged, or canceled, so please order carefully.
  • Requests for cancellations or changes must be in writing (fax, mail, or email).
  • $5.00 per piece fee for each cancellation or change before the order is cut. Once the order is started, no cancellations or changes may be made.
  • We cannot add to orders already in process.

Approved Exchanges

  • Only shoes can be exchanged for size. No uniforms are eligible for exchange or return.
  • Exchanges are a new order with corresponding delivery time.
  • Exchanges only accepted for two weeks after shipping.
  • Clearly write your RA# on your shipping label and send to: 2530 Pearl Buck Rd, Bristol, PA 19007.
  • Exchanges without a valid RA# will be refused.
  • Replacement items cannot be shipped until your original items have been received or replacement items have been paid for.
  • Altered, worn or soiled items will not be accepted.
