- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands require UPS 2-day air at an additional cost.

- Orders will ship complete the latest date on the order.
- Requests to split ship completed styles will result in additional freight charges.
- Air Shipment or Saturday delivery are available for additional charges which will be billed to your credit card.
